Today we’re taking a closer look at N-102 Recovery—what it is, why it works, and how to use it.
What’s inside?
BCAAs – Essential amino acids that are primarily oxidized in muscle tissue, where they can stimulate muscle-building signals.
L-Glutamine – A conditionally essential amino acid (the most abundant in muscle), glutamine is a building block of protein and a key fuel for immune cells.
Electrolytes – Sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
B-Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) – Nutrients that help convert food into energy.
Why these ingredients are included in N-102
BCAAs can be consumed by the muscles directly without having to reconstruct in the liver and can help reduce post exercise soreness.¹
L-glutamine helps maintain immune defences after intense exercise.²
Electrolytes maintain hydration and supports muscle performance.³
B1, B2, B6, and B12 support energy production and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.⁴
How to use it for best results
- Mix with 300-500ml of water.
- Take during, or after your workouts to support hydration and recovery.
